CampaignTRACK Photography Specifications

A guide for real estate photographers

Image Resolution

It is important that images uploaded to CampaignTRACK are suitable for the full range of potential uses available though CampaignTRACK. As such, we have the following requirements with regard to image resolution:

Minimum Resolution: 6 Megapixels

Maximum Resolution: We recommend that images larger than 16 megapixels be downsampled to 16 megapixels.

Image Formats

We only accept RGB JPEG images. Other image types (such as Photoshop PSD documents, TIFFs and camera raw files) are not accepted.

Colour Management & Proofing

Please supply your JPEG files in RGB.

To ensure accurate colour reproduction, always embed an ICC profile in your images. We recommend sRGB or AdobeRGB, and suggest that wide gamut RGB colourspaces like ProPhoto RGB be avoided.

Reproduction Tips

  • DO NOT upload CMYK images into CampaignTRACK. All of our images are converted to a RGB colourspace before final CMYK conversion, and any CMYK profiles are stripped before this conversion occurs. If a CMYK image is used in our online design system the final printed result may be poor.
  • Avoid creating areas of strong blue, cyan or orange color. These regions will separate poorly in CMYK and may simply block-up, showing no detail. Always check your files to ensure that they are mostly in-gamut for standard CMYK printing - we recommend using U.S. Web Coated SWOP (v2) as a soft proofing space for this purpose.
